Fashion e-commerce in Sweden - statistics & facts
In the land of fashion influencers, such as Matilda Djerf with her viral fruit and berry robes, it is no wonder that the Swedes have a thing for online apparel shopping. From the comfort of their own homes, more than half of Swedes regularly purchase a vast array of brands and products via the internet. In fact, this is the second-largest e-commerce sector in the country, trailing only consumer electronics. The Swedes' love for fashion is estimated to bring in around 2.67 billion U.S. dollars in revenue in 2024, and could even reach four billion by the decade's end.
