OVS, formerly known as Oviesse, is one of Italy’s leading fashion groups. The OVS Group focuses on men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, but also sells beauty and home decoration products. Spanning across more than 2,000 locations globally, the group offers brands including Upim, Piombo, OVS Kids, Les Copains, Blukids, Stefanel and Croff. In 2015, OVS went public and as of that year was listed on the Italian stock exchange market Euronext Milan. In 2021, OVS acquired the 11 stores in Italy previously owned by Gap, Inc.
